General Terms

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
2. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and send you a further email to confirm your order details. Please note that neither email is acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
3. Delivery timescales are specified in the Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
4. All items and offers are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Unless otherwise advised, refunds will be credited to the source of the original payment, which means a credit to the bank account concerned, or a credit back to the debit or credit card used.
5. We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods displayed on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
   
6. All reductions in price and/or credit terms are reductions against our own previous prices and terms unless otherwise indicated.
7. Payment can be made by any method specified in the Payment section below. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of un-authorised access to information provided by you.
8. We do file details of your order. Please read 'Know your rights' for details of how these can be obtained.
9. We offer a 7 day approval guarantee. Please refer to that section for details of the terms and conditions applicable. Some products are excluded from the guarantee and are clearly marked as such next to the product name. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns section.
10. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and return the item free of charge.
11. All product sizes are approximate.
12. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
13. We reserve the right to charge any other costs of enforcing our rights against you, including the cost of letters and telephone calls by us or our agents, in respect of any failure by you to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. We reserve the right to charge £15 for any cheque returned to us unpaid. This is to cover the cost incurred by us to process this cheque.
14. All reductions shown in price are reductions against our previous prices unless otherwise indicated.
15. All products are supplied for domestic use only and not for any commercial use.
16. All our consumer contracts are governed by English law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Payment and Taxes

1. We accept online payment credit card in a secure environment. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa debit, Visa Electron, Maestro & American Express. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. 
2. All prices on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are shown in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable include VAT at the current rate. If your order is being sent to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then VAT does not apply. If your order is being sent within the EC then the price will include VAT at the current rate, which is 17.5%. Any liability for customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country rests with you, because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

No permission is given by Imead Ltd, or their affiliates for the use of such brand names, product and service names and titles and copyright by any other person, and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder's rights.

1. Imead Ltd uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and it will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
2. Further, Imead Ltd will be neither responsible, nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. It does not control these websites and has no responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to our users and their inclusion in this website does not constitute either an endorsement by, or affiliation with, Imead Ltd.
3. The entire liability of Imead Ltd under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products except as provide by law, or set out elsewhere in these conditions.
4. Imead Ltd will neither be liable to you, nor be deemed in breach of contract because of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you, if that delay or failure is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Delivery Policy

1. Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. However, during the busy Christmas period there will be the usual inevitable delays. Unfortunately, these seasonal factors are beyond our control. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

Returns Policy

1. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
2. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is found to have been faulty at the time of dispatch to you.
3. Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in use.
4. If for any reason you are not happy with any Razal merchandise, just send it back within 7 days starting the day after delivery with original packaging for an exchange or refund to:

5. Please remember to include some details of the original order so that we can trace you on our records and, in the event of a refund, direct the return payment accordingly.
6. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds Policy
