Delivery and Returns

Delivery is free on all orders over £25.00 and charged at a flat rate of £2.50 for orders under that. Delivery can take between 1 - 5 days from the dispatch of your order.

Note: Not all items are included in our free shipping over £25.00 policy. This is due to some items being heavy/large. If this is the case then the product page will point this out and the shipping cost for the item.

Returns Policy

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is found to have been faulty at the time of dispatch to you.
Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in use.
If for any reason you are not happy with any Razal merchandise, just send it back within 7 days starting the day after delivery with original packaging for an exchange or refund to:

Please remember to include some details of the original order so that we can trace you on our records and, in the event of a refund, direct the return payment accordingly.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
